This is a portion of a family register which appears to have been kept by Hermann Heinrich and Wilhelmine Florentine Charlotte (Wehrmann) Fiegenbaum in which they recorded the names and the dates of the births, baptisms, and sometimes the deaths, of their 12 children. Heinrich Hermann Fiegenbaum was their 4^th child.

A translation is:

1859
our son Heinrich Hermann was born on the 16th of December,
at 4 o'clock in the morning, and baptized on the 22nd of January, 1860

Heinrich Hermann's birth and baptism were also recorded in the baptism register of the deutsche evangelische Kirche am Charette (known since 1957 as Immanuels United Church of Christ) at Holstein, Warren County, Missouri, USA. According to the register, the sponsor was "Heinrich Aufderhar."

Heinrich Hermann was confirmed in this church on 3 April 1874 and the confirmation register made note of the date of his birth.
