Gerber – Müller family
Franziska (Müller) Gerber is pictured here, in the middle of the front row, with five of her six sons. Her fourth son, Gustaf Heinrich Gerber died in 1870 before the age of one year.
George Louis Gerber is in the front row, far left. The other son in the front row, far right, may be Otto Hugo Gerber. In the middle of the back row is Rudolph Mathias Gerber. He was the youngest of the children and died tragically in 1915.
I have not been able to identify which of the other two men in the back row is Philip Adolph Geber and which is Frederick William Gerber. If you can help with this mystery, please contact me.
Franceska's husband, George Jacob Gerber, was not included in the portrait. He died in 1881 and I currently have no photo of him.
