Letters of Administration; dated and signed 20 March 1916; John Dinsbeer [sic], executor, "to whom letters testamentary were heretofore granted on the estate of said deceased [Margaretha Etling] has since departed this life; ...these letters of administration de bonis non with the will annexed are hereby granted to George L. Gerber." In her will, signed 15 February 1911, Margaretha writes about her daughter, Charlotte Gerber, wife of George L. Gerber.

"GERBER, CHARLOTTE (nee Etling) - Of 2616 Potomac, on Saturday, Jan. 28, 1933, at 12:37 p.m., beloved widow of the late George J. [sic] Gerber...." Her husband's middle name was Louis.
