• Notes

  Census (family): According to the 1930 U.S. enumeration, the household at 211 West Seventh Street consisted of George F. Paff, head of household, age 56, born in Minnesota, a local manager for the telephone company; his wife, Dora Paff, age 47, born in Minnesota. Also in the house were a daughter, Marion [sic] Paff, age 23, born in Minnesota, single, working as a technician in a hospital; a married daughter, Lurene Miller, age 27, born in Minnesota; and George P. Miller, age 10 months, identified as the grandson of the head of the household, and no doubt Lurene's son.
