Letters of Administration; dated and signed 20 March 1916; John Dinsbeer [sic], executor, "to whom letters testamentary were heretofore granted on the estate of said deceased [Margaretha Etling] has since departed this life; ...these letters of administration de bonis non with the will annexed are hereby granted to George L. Gerber." The fifth paragraph of Margaretha's will, signed 15 February 1911, reads: "In consideration of services rendered me by my grand daughter Lulu Meser now the wife of Harry Steitz [sic], I will Two Hundred Dollars, and all the house hold & kitchen furniture at 2616 Potomac St."
