Died at 10:00 a.m. on 4 November 1912 in Washington Township, Lafayette County, Missouri at the age of 3 years, - months, 25 days. He had no occupation. He was single at the time of death. Cause of death was "Polio myelitis acute;" of 3 days [sic] duration. Burial or removal was to be at or to Higginsville, Missouri on 6 Novmeber 1912. The undertaker was Hoefer & Meinershagen, of Higginsville. Personal information was provided by C. G. Meinershagen, of Higginsville, Missouri. Charles Ott, M.D., of Higginsville, Missouri, attended the deceased from 3 Novmeber 1912 to 4 Novmeber 1912 and signed the death certificate on 5 Novmeber 1912. The certificate was filed with the local registrar on 5 Novmeber 1912.
