Died at 7:00 a.m. on 29 August 1922 in Charrette Township, Warren County, Missouri at the age of 21 years, - months, 11 days. He was single at the time of death. His usual occupation was farming. Cause of death was "Pulmonary Tuberculosis" (six months duration). There was no operation prior to death. There was no autopsy. Diagnosis was confirmed by [illegible]. Burial, cremation, or removal was to be on -- August 1922 at or to Holstein, Missouri. The undertaker was H. C. Brueggemann, of Holstein, Missouri. Personal information was provided by W. G.
