Mother's maiden name: Sophia [Case?]; born in Warren County, Missouri. Died at 8:30 p.m. on 19 November 1930 in Charrett [sic] Township, Warren County, Missouri at the age of 65 years, 7 months, 4 days. She was widowed at the time of death. Her husband had been "Henry Knapheide." Her usual occupation was "at home." Cause of death was "Chr. myocarditis; Chr. nephritis" (2 years). There was no operation prior to death; there was no autopsy. Diagnosis was confirmed by clinical test. Burial, cremation or removal was to be 22 November 1930 at or to "Holstein Church Cemetery." The funeral director was F. W. [Niebrig?], of Warrenton, Missouri. Personal information was provided by Albert Knapheide, of Warrenton, Missouri. [H. W. Schmidt?], MD, of Marthasville, Missouri, had attended the deceased from 13 November 1930 to 19 November 1930 and signed the death certificate [no date supplied]. The certificate was received by the local registrar on 22 November 1930.
