Mother's maiden name: Johanna Meyer. Died at 6:45 p.m. on 5 January 1952 at Bay, rural Boulware Township, Gasconade County, Missouri at the age of 83 years. He had been a resident of Bay, rural Boulware Township, Gasconade County, Missouri for 51 years. He was married to Rebecka Buschman Eitmann; he was a farmer on his own farm; he never served in the U.S. armed forces; he had no social security number. Cause of death was "benign prostate hypertrophy" of 5 years duration. Other conditions were "arterial thrombosis left leg" of seven days duration; there was no autopsy. Burial was to be 8 January 1952 at "St. Paul's Ev. Cem." at Bay, Missouri. Milford H. H. Winter, of Owensville, Missouri, was the undertaker. Personal information provided by Mrs. John Eitmann, of Bay, Missouri. [Cawel?] T. Shaw, MD, of Hermann, Missouri, had attended the deceased from 26 July 1951 to 5 January 1952 and signed the death certificate on 7 January 1952. Received by the local registrar on 7 January 1952.
