Mother's maiden name: Charlotte [Goldsberry?], born in Vermont. Died 2:00 a.m. on 4 November 1916, at Oregon, Holt County, Missouri at the age of 86 years, 1 month, 10 days. She worked as a housewife. She was widowed at the time of death; her husband's name was not recorded. Principal cause of death was "aterioscerlosis." Burial was to be 6 November 1916 in Maple Grove. The undertaker was Dawson & Pettijohn, of Oregon, Missiouri. Personal information was provided by Tom Curry, of Oregon, Missouri. J. L. Hogan, MD, of Oregon, Missouri, had attended the deceased from 1 October 1915 to 4 November 1916 and signed the certificate on 4 November 1916. Certificate filed with the local registrar on 6 November 1916.
