Cause of death was "Evidently - Angina Pectoris." There was no operation prior to death. There was no autopsy. Diagnosis was confirmed [unstated]. Burial, cremation or removal was to be on 17 September 1924 at Oregon, Missouri. The funeral director was Lester Pettijohn, of Oregon, Missouri.
