Her usual residence was 5201 Swift, ward 9; she had been a resident of St. Joseph for 18 years. She was married at the time of death to "Joseph Hoblitzell." Her usual occupation was "Housewife." Cause of death was "Chronic Myocarditis" (2 years duration). There was no operation prior to death. There was no autopsy. Diagnosis was confirmed clinically.
