    • According to the 1920 U.S. enumeration, Katie Ambrose lived at 6421 Mount Avenue, in the home of John C. Brockmeyer (age 27), Olga Brockmeyer (age 28), and their two children, Helen I. Brockmeyer (age 5) and John C. Brockmeyer (age 3). Katie was identified as a 37 year old sister-in-law of the head of household, married and working as a laundress. It seems very likely that Katie was the sister of Olga (Plate) Brockmeyer. Further details of her life and her marriage to a Mr. Ambrose are not known at this time.
