Mother's maiden name: Lucy Courleux, born at St. Louis. He died 15 March 1937 at 10:45 p.m. at Barnes Hospital at St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 30 years, 3 months, 7 days. His residence was 3923 Ashland, Ward 10. He was a paper cutter and was married at the time of death to Helen Muehlman (nee Lynn). The principal cause of death was "Hypertensive Heart Disease; Hypertension, Malignant; Nephrosclerosis; Uremia; Bronchopneumonia, Terminal." A contributory cause was "Multiple Abscesses of Kidneys, cause unknown." Burial, cremation or removal was to be at or to "Calvary Cem." on 19 March 1937.
