The handwriting used to fill out the document does not match the signature of Cecil F. Fiegenbaum, who signed his name twice. Will Mason Flanigan did not sign the document.
           According to the application for the marriage license, Cecil F. Fiegenbaum was identified as the child of Anna Kruse Fiegenbaum and Carl Fiegenbaum, both alive and residents of Fairview, Kansas. Cecil was born at Morrille, Kansas, was white, and 31 years of age. His occupation was "U.S. Air Force". He had been previously married to LoRee Brock; she was living; that marriage had ended in divorce.
