The license notes: "Mrs. Hilda Neher mother of Donald consents to the marriage by affidavit."
           The Certificate of Marriage certified that Rev. Paul E. Gose "Pastor of Christ Lutheran Chruch, Sweet Springs, Mo." did marry the above name persons at Higginsville, Lafayette County, on 28 June 1950 and filed the Certificate with the County Recorder, Maurice J. Schwab, on 1 July 1950.
