The date and place of death are not known at this time. The death certificated of his wife reported that she was a widow at the time of her death in July 1958. According to the certificate, she was to be buried in the Hermann Cemetery at Hermann, Gasconade County, Missouri. This may be an indication of Dick's burial as well.
