According to the 1900 U.S. enumeration, Clara Martin, age 3, lived with her parents, Jessie Martin (age 21), a farmer, and Maggie Martin (age 24). Clara was the sole surviving child of three born to her mother. Also in the household was Allen Tracy, a 22 year old farm laborer, born in Ohio.

He was buried in lot 100 at Fairview Cemetery. He and his wife share a plot and a grave marker.

     According to the 1920 U.S. enumeration of the Jesse D. Martin household in Springfield Precinct, Sarpy County, Nebraska, there was no wife present and Jesse was identified as a widower. Details of Maggie (Becker) Martin's death are not known at this time.
