Miller, Jr" (footnote 100, page 9). On page 5 of the report, Chandra wrote: "Charles B. Miller, Jr. was born at 311 Water Street, Piqua, Ohio at the home of his grandparents, Dr. Sulveanus Gabriel and Mertie Catherine Miller Gabriel. Dr. Gabriel was the attending physician." No sources given.
