"Heinrich Friedrich Hermann Vahrenberg (1847-1913) ... first married Christine Wehking (1852-1886) in 1873 at Pinckney. They had eight children: Hermann, Julius, Wilhelmine (who married Julius Bierbaum), Malinda (who married Friedrich Uthlaut) and four others who died in childhood."
