Division of Health of Missouri, Standard Certificate of Death #10992. For Helena Brockmeyer. A white, female born on 15 May 1867 in Missouri. Father's name: Conrad Thoma. Mother's maiden name: Anna [sic]. Died on 22 February 1949 in Lemay 23, St. Louis County, Missouri at the age of 81 years, 9 months, 7 days. Her usual residence was 757 Regina Avenue, Lemay 23, Missouri. She was a widow at the time of death; her husband had been "Charles Brockmeyer." Burial was to be 26 February 1949 in "Mt. Hope Cem." at Lemay 23, Missouri. Personal information was provided by Tillie Meyers, of 757 Regina.
The informant, Tillie Meyers, was no doubt Mathilda H. Brockmeyer (1905-1983), a daughter of Charles and Magdelena "Helena" (Thoma) Brockmeyer and the wife of Julius A. Meyers. See the notes for Magdelena's death for more details of the death certificate.

Died at 7:10 p.m. on 20 March 1948 at 4633 Louisiana Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 86 years, 4 months, 15 days. His usual residence was 4633 Louisiana Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri. He was married at the time of death to "Lena Brockmeyer," age 80. Burial was to be 23 March 1948 in Mount Hope. Personal information was provided by Mrs. T. Meyers, of 752 [or 753] Regina.
The informant, Mrs. T. Meyers, was no doubt Mathilda H. Brockmeyer (1905-1983), a daughter of Charles and Lena Brockmeyer and the wife of Julius A. Meyers.
