There was no autopsy; this diagnosis was confirmed clinically. Burial was to be 2 November 1924 at Holstein, Missouri. Undertaker: Hy Brueggemann, of Holstein, Missouri. Personal information provided by Ernst Bierbaum, of Holstein, Missouri. Medical data provided by A. M. Underwood, M.D., of R #1, Treloar, Missouri., who signed the certificate [not dated].
