Birth:

     According to records of the Parish of Caddo, Louisiana, connected with her marriage to Cecil F. Fiegenbaum in 1949, Will was born in Lansing, Michigan and was 26 years old at her last birthday. Calculating from the date of the marriage and her age, she would have been born about 1922-1923.
     However, her obituary in the Topeka Capital-Journal reported that she was born on 15 June 1928 in Henry County, Tennessee. This date of birth is also reported in the Social Security Death Index.
     The resolution of these discrepancies await further research.

She was buried in Mount Hope Cemetery.

          Billie Fiegenbaum

     Will M. 'Billie' Fiegenbaum, 73, Topeka, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2001, at a Topeka hospice house.
     Mrs. Fiegenbaum worked for the Katz Drug Store in Topeka many years ago.
     She was born June 15, 1928, in Henry County, Tenn., the daughter of Ed. T. and Lelar B. Holden Prince. She attended school in Hazel, Ky., and she had lived in Topeka for the past 50 years.
     Mrs. Fiegenbaum was a former member of the Hazel Baptist Church in Hazel, Ky., and Christ Lutheran Church in Topeka.
     She married Cecil F. Fiegenbaum on Dec. 11, 1949, in Shreveport, La.
     Survivors include three sisters, Jeanette Cavitt, Mayfield, Ky., Corrine Ball, Lansing, Mich., and Mildred Lycos, Bradenton, Fla.
     Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Davidson Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Mount Hope Cemetery in Hiawatha. Mrs. Fiegenbaum will lie in state at the funeral home after noon Thursday, where visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m.
